Job Openings at Loggerhead Fitness:
Loggerhead Fitness is an award-winning boutique fitness center located in the heart of Juno Beach. The business opened in 1993 and was sold in 2005 and renamed to Loggerhead Fitness. We have been serving the local community for over 20 years, providing a full-service fitness center that includes:
- Group Fitness (GX) classes – 40 per week.
- Small Group Training (SGT) classes – 9 per week.
- Personal Training – 10% of our members use a personal trainer!
- Weight/Strength machines and Free Weights
- Functional Training Equipment
- Cardio Machines
- Locker-room with Showers and Dry Sauna
The fitness center has received numerous awards including being named Small Business of the Year in 2014 by the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce. We are the 2024 Community Choice Awards winner for best gym/fitness center. We have been a finalist for this award six years in a row and we are a four-time winner, two-time runner up! The CCA award is an annual “Best Of” competition sponsored by the Palm Beach Post.
We are known for a friendly and knowledgeable staff and hyper-clean facility. There is plenty of parking and we keep membership at a level where we do not get overcrowded.
We are not a big box retail gym or a franchise corporate location. We are one of a kind, locally owned and operated. You will see the Owner/GM exercising regularly at the facility. We spend a lot of time cultivating partnerships with other small businesses in our community, we support many local non-profits.
We care about our members, and we foster an environment that allows them to reach their exercise goals. The cost to join is reasonable and we build a business model based on retention and referrals. Our members are loyal and support us in many ways. We have a 92% recommendation on Facebook (over 200 reviews) and a 4.8-star rating on Google with over 220 reviews.

In 2020, the pandemic hit our industry hard. Almost 30% of all gyms and fitness centers closed. We survived and have shown resilience in the face of mass cancellations and freezes. It’s taken us four years, but we are squarely back on our feet and growing at a fast pace. And it is for this reason that we are seeking to grow our professional staff. We need to add on employees for the following positions:
- Personal Trainers – Full Time and Part time.
- Front Desk Associate – Part/Time
- Partner Manager/Outreach Specialist – Part/Time
- Club Concierge – Part/Time
- Digital Marketing Assistant
