OVER 40 CLASSES EACH WEEK. Variety makes our schedule unique. Our instructors are seasoned professionals, certified group fitness specialists. They make the classes fun and entertaining while you are fully engaged in physical movement. Group X classes burn calories, strengthen and elongate muscles, build balance and flexibility and help you improve your cardio conditioning. Choose from:

Yoga, Group Cycle, Zumba, Mat Pilates, Cardio Sculpt, Body Sculpt, HIIT, Stretch, and Line Dancing.

You can add on our Group X classes for as little as $5 extra per week with our summer special. Total add-on fee is $40.00.

Group X and SGT classes require reservations.

Terms are as follows:

Eligibility - New and Past members only.
Purchases are limited to one per person.
One-time enrollment fee of $20 is required. This gets applied to new membership fees when converting after 8-weeks.
Applicable sales tax applies.
No Freezes - Once started, membership goes for eight consecutive weeks.
No refunds, all purchases are final.
Personal training sessions and SGT class must be used within the 8-week membership.
Memberships must start no later than 9/15/2023.
