Diane Bonardi - Group X - Cycle & Sculpt & Personal Trainer

Diane is a long-time resident of South Florida. She has been leading group fitness classes in the Jupiter area since 2007. Her classes are high energy, and her enthusiasm is contagious. You will work hard and have fun at the same time. She is also a certified personal trainer and enjoys helping others reach their fitness goals.
Michael Dukes - Group X - Cycle, Personal Trainer, SGT1

Michael is a personal chef, fitness enthusiast, music aficionado, professional deejay, sales professional, and certified indoor cycling instructor. Certified thru Madd Dogg Athletics, Michael brings over 20 years of music programming experience from the dancefloor into the spin cycle class to elevate your workouts to the next level. He also has over 16 collective years in the fitness industry, and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in Corrective Exercise and Golf Fitness training.
Fran Indellicati - Personal Trainer & Group X
Certifications: NASM-CPT
Fran is certified thru NASM (National Academy of Science Medicine) in wellness & fitness training, group exercise instruction, core & functional fitness, water aerobics as well as being trained in the Tivity Silver Sneakers program. She also studies the ancient practice of Qigong/Tai-chi and became certified thru the Supreme Science Foundation in Orlando, FL in 2012; she even has certification in Food-based Healing thru that organization. After working in the healthcare industry as a medical assistant in orthopedics for several years, she transitioned to the fitness industry back in 2013 because of a strong desire to help individuals, at whatever stage in their life, follow a more wholesome and sustainable lifestyle.

Nicole has been practicing and teaching Yoga since 1973 in New York and Florida. She has been teaching at Loggerhead Fitness since 2005. She is certified through the Yoga Teachers Alliance. She also teaches country line.
C.J. Eaton - Group X - Cycle, Yoga/Pilates & Pump

CJ has been an instructor for over 31 years, 20 of them at Loggerhead. She teaches Group Cycle, Cardio Fitness and Yoga classes. She is a registered nurse specializing in women’s and children’s healthcare.
Elizabeth Bond - Group X - Yoga
Elizabeth has been practicing yoga for 9 years and teaching in the Jupiter area for three. She feels blessed to share these healing practices with the community. Her aim is to help students feel comfortable and confident in their own bodies by improving their physical, mental, and emotional states both on and off the yoga mat.

Aylin has loved to dance since she was a little girl. She studied belly dancing during her college years and three years ago fell in love with Zumba. She obtained her Zumba, Zumba Toning and Zumba Gold license and has been teaching for two years. Aylin is also certified to teach AFAA Group Fitness classes. She is Silver Sneakers and CPR/AED certified. Aylin’s goal is to create a fun atmosphere where people forget they are working out and look forward to coming back to take their next class.

Sheila Cunningham is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years experience in the field. Her passion for health and wellness led her to obtain several certifications ranging from cannabis consultant, Boxing and Barbells to Certified Transformational Nutrition coach. She has recently published her 21 day guided journal “ Get Perfectly Balanced Wellness Journal” to inspire others to look at health in a holistic view. Sheila has dedicated her life to empower and inspire you to live your best life, mind, body and spirit.
Christine Lange - Group X - Urban Drums & Body Sculpt
Certifications: NASM, AFAA, SPIN, Strong by Zumba, POUND®,
Christine Lange is certified by the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
She is a nationally ranked Figure Competitor with over 20 years of experience motivating and coaching. During her career, Christine has been privileged to work with a number of high-profile clients located in the Hamptons, New York, Scottsdale, Arizona, Miami, and Palm Beach Florida.
Christine has taught group fitness to a diverse clientele for over 20 years.
She is certified in Spin, Step Aerobics, Kickboxing, Body pump, Strong by Zumba, Poundfit, and she created a class called “Bikini Bootcamp”.
Christine graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and a Certificate to teach High School English and Drama. Christine taught for ten years in Arizona and Florida schools and currently uses her many skills to motivate others to achieve their fitness and weight loss goals.
Lori Hackbart - Group X - Step & Body Sculpt

Lori has been leading group fitness for 35 years and loves it! Originally from Boulder, Colorado, Lori, her husband and two daughters have lived from coast to coast and only recently relocated to Florida. From rollerblading to biking to kayaking Lori loves outdoors activities and enjoys all Florida has to offer, especially bike riding year round. She considers being at the Disney parks an outdoor sport. Lori is AFAA and CPR certified and thrilled to be teaching at Loggerhead Fitness.
Jennifer Allen - Group X - Sculpt & Yoga

Jenn has been a personal trainer and fitness instructor since 2004. She has taught locally throughout Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens, specializing in classes, such as sculpt, kickboxing, stability, ball training, functional training, body weight fusion, and yoga stretch. She believes that form and modification is the key to everyone’s success, and she prides herself on attention to detail making classes both fun and safe for all levels.

Donette England moved to Jupiter from Tennessee in 2016, you will recognize that when you hear her speak. She has been teaching fitness since the late 1990s. She loves hiking and biking and anything outdoors. She has four grown kids that live in TN and Delaware. She joined Loggerhead Fitness in 2023 and his excited to teach here and help you meet your fitness goals.
Rita Jurakovich - Group X - Yoga

In 2011 I was enticed into relocating from the north to the lovely town of Juno Beach where I now call home. My love of yoga started 20 years ago with an amazing teacher who guided my passion for practicing yoga into teaching yoga. My teaching and personal practice is in Hatha and Vinyasa styles. I am committed to providing my students with extensive instruction while motivating them to find inner peace and a healthy being. In teaching my hope is to bring forth a love and respect for the ancient art of yoga to all those attending my classes.
Anna Drewnowska - Group X - Mat Pilates

Ania was born and raised in Poland. She came to the USA in 2004, and lived in Richmond , VA for 12 years. She moved to Jupiter in 2016. Ania has Master’s degree in English Philology and was an ESL teacher for over 30 years. She has been teaching Pilates since 2007. She loves skiing, biking, kayaking and tennis, traveling and camping, but also reading books and studying foreign languages.
Rachel “Sam” Erbaugh - Group X - Mat Pilates & Core Stretch

As a National Champion in swimming and rowing, Rachel’s passion for fitness started young and grew for 25 years. Trained in many fitness programs, such as Barre, Pilates, Bootcamp, Aquafit, Stretching, and many strength and toning techniques.
She prides herself on making her clients see results, and quickly. Rachel always has a smile on her face while pushing you to your max potential.
Originally from the western suburbs of Philadelphia, she has loved residing in PBC since 2010. “Palm trees make me happy!” In her time off, Rachel owns a pet care business. Her own dog, Drake, is her biggest fan.
Nora Lara - Group X - Zumba
From a Caribbean country, Venezuela, and always involved in the dancing world. Nora became a Zumba instructor because one of her passions is to dance. Nora also teaches group fitness and she is working towards receiving her Silver Sneakers certification. Her classes are always a party. She enjoys teaching while building strong healthy bodies!

Vanessa has been in the fitness industry for over 40 years. With her experience and knowledge, her classes are challenging, fun and geared to all fitness levels. About 10 years ago, I walked into my first Zumba class. I hid in the back, hoping the instructor wouldn’t see me. By the end of the class, I was hooked!
I loved it so much that when the opportunity arose, I became a Zumba Instructor!
I have now been licensed to teach Zumba since 2012! I have since added Zumba Gold, Zumba Kids, and Aqua Zumba to my resume!
Let’s just get one thing straight- I don’t really love exercising, who does, right? But I absolutely LOVE teaching Zumba classes! The reason is simple, I’ve never forgotten the fun I had in that first class, and that’s the feeling I want to share with everyone who takes my class! The goal is not to get all the steps perfect, it’s two things: sweat and smile!

Her personal brand, Sweat & Swagger, is a mix of high energy, urban style and positive vibes! The S&S dance format is best described as a heart pumping, beat dropping, cardio dance workout that will bring out your inner bad ass!
Joanna found a love for dance & sports early on as a little girl and loves to teach and see others step into their greatness – both inside the studio and out.

Nicoleta Metta - Group X - Yoga

Nicoleta was born in Romania Transylvania and started her yoga journey in her teenage years. She has been teaching Yoga since 2014. Her practice is a combination of Hatha & Vinyasa filled with elements of meditation and breathing techniques. Her goal is to empower people on their personal path helping them embody a healthy and happy lifestyle.
Melody Kloepfer - Group X - Yoga
Certifications: RYT200 instructor since 2015 and AFAA Certified with a BS in Biology and a minor in Community Health.
Melody started practicing yoga late 2002 and her teacher training journey began in 2012. She has years of experience with Bikram, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Restorative, Gentle, and Yoga Nidra. In addition to her yoga teacher training, Melody has taken numerous workshops with internationally known pioneers of yoga. Melody now teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative,Gentle and Yoga Nidra She stays up to date with the most current scientific, evidence-based teaching methods and benefits of yoga. Melody completed Jules Mitchell’s Online book club “Yoga Biomechanics: Stretching Redefined” in February 2020 and has returned to school to earn her Respiratory Therapist license. Rita grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati. She obtained her Zumba Instructor license in 2011. She also teaches Zumba Step, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning, and Strong by Zumba Fitness. Her Primary Group Ex Certification is through AFAA (Athletics and Fitness association of America). She is current in her continuing education hours as well as her CPR through American Red Cross in Adult and Pediatric First Aid CPR/AED. She teaches various formats of group fitness including but not limited to HIIT (high intensity interval training), Bootcamp, Cardio Sculpt, Cardio Strength, Tabata, Cardio Core and Tone as well as Circuit Training.

Rick Opton - Owner/GM
Rick has lived in Jupiter since 1992. Prior to owning Loggerhead Fitness Rick was a Senior Sales executive working in the technology sector. Rick got his start with health clubs when he sold, installed and trained nearly 200 club owners around the country on ClubRunner software–industry specific software designed just for health clubs.
Laurie Lyttle - Client Success Manager
Laurie’s fitness journey started in 2022. She is a role model for her two children, showing them the importance of exercise and good eating habits. Her passion for fitness has led her to Loggerhead Fitness. As the client success manager, she helps onboard new members and is a resource for all members as they pursue their exercise and wellness goals.
Natasha Holbert - Bookkeeper/HR/Group X coordinator
Natasha was born and raised in South Florida. She has been married to Mark for over 10 years and has two children, Shyanne 20 and Preston 10. Tasha enjoys spending time with her family and friends and also enjoys playing softball.

Emmy’s passions are paddle boarding, kayaking, bike riding and exercise. After a 28 year career in an office environment, this is a welcome change and is happy to be a part of Loggerhead Fitness.

Jeff is a State Investigator for the Department of Business & Professional Regulation. Jeff has been a member and part-time employee of Loggerhead Fitness since 2005. Jeff is our morning opener (5 a.m.) and plays a big role in keeping our facility clean and organized.
Rob Mangiamele - Front Desk
Rob is an enthusiastic person always looking to assist others, especially in the gym. Growing up, he frequently participated in sports and found the competition to be fun and rewarding. Through years in the gym and actively looking for ways to get better, he found it useful to expand his horizons and constantly try new exercises. The gym atmosphere was a great way to meet people, make friends and learn to develop new healthy habits.
Diane Russ - Front Desk
A lifelong passion for fitness seems to best describe Diane. She has been a “gym rat” and fitness club attendee for over four decades. Before that, Diane was a runner for many years. Diane has always had a sincere and very strong interest in the health, fitness, and wellness of every person that she meets. The fitness industry and gym atmosphere is where Diane always feels her best. She truly enjoys helping people and wants every member to feel like they have found their home away from home. Dave offers personal training for individuals who are serious about reaching their fitness goals. Dave will train a wide range of clientele, from beginners to individuals with advanced fitness levels. He specializes in a variety of individually tailored training modalities including: functional training, sports specific training, joint mobility and flexibility training, body sculpting and body building techniques as well as cardio-vascular conditioning and weight loss programs.
Joey Westfall - Personal Trainer

Joey is a former Paratrooper in the US Army who has a passion for fitness and is a competitive bodybuilder in the men’s physique category. His goal is to positively change the lives of his clients through fitness and nutrition, improving their confidence and overall quality of life.

Mike is new to Florida by way of New York City and Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Originally from Boston, Mike is certified through The National Academy of Sports Medicine and grew up playing both football and lacrosse in high school. After college, he moved to New York City to pursue his love of fitness and worked at a gym in TriBeCa while attending The New York Academy of Personal Training. He then moved back to Massachusetts where he was a personal trainer and group exercise instructor at a The New Seabury Country Club in Cape Cod. Nicole’s passion in life is fitness and helping others. A Philadelphia native, Nicole moved to Florida in 2013 and immediately obtained her ACE certification and began her career in the fitness industry. Nicole has experience in 1:1 personal training as well as small and large group training. She also competed in few fitness competitions! Her fun, bubbly energy and positive attitude will be sure to give you that motivation to reach your fitness goals!
Glen Smith - Personal Trainer

Born and raised here in Jupiter Glen started competing in athletics at the age of 6. He started working out when he was a freshman in high school so he could get bigger, faster and stronger to play football and it led to him being one of the top football players in Palm Beach County his senior year and then on to play football at Livingston University in Alabama. He loves to work out and stay fit and enjoys teaching others what he has learned over the last 28 years.

Recently relocated to Jupiter FL, from Cranbury, NJ, Christine has been training since 2009 and a top trainer at several large gyms in the Central NJ area. I am a NASM certified personal trainer and NASM certified nutrition coach. My passion is helping people reach their goals by educating them in both fitness and nutrition. Anthony was raised in Newington CT, where he excelled in three sports throughout high school. Tennis became his passion and he has been teaching and competing for over 25 years. Because fitness is so critical to competing successfully in South FL conditions, Anthony has made fitness training a central facet of his overall curriculum – for himself and his clients. Anthony is currently ranked in the top 5 of his division of Florida Men’s Singles. He is available for private and semi-private personal training classes and tennis instruction.

Tom has a BBA in Marketing, Advertising and Management. In 2004 he attended NPTI, a 500 hour program that focuses on nutrition, physiology and anatomy. He is responsible for helping countless clients achieve their goals. He has been a teaching boot camp since 2008. Tom’s passion is helping the visually impaired improve their health through a personalized fitness program he designed and implemented.

Bob is a post-rehab conditioning specialist. He has over 35 years experience in the health & fitness industry. He and his wife Nancy are owners of Priority Fitness and Rehab.

Nance began her fitness career 25 years ago in cardiac rehab and continued into prevention and wellness. She is a post rehabilitation conditioning specialist certified with the American Academyof Health and Fitness Professionals.

Prior to Loggerhead Fitness Nasser was the Head of Personal Training at Admirals Cove and part of the alumni from Waterfront Fitness.

Marie-Elena is passionate about leading a fit and healthy lifestyle, inspiring others and she is passionate about enhancing the quality of lives of the people she encounters. She is known for helping people stay motivated throughout their fitness journey and specializes in transforming their health and body through fitness and proper nutrition. Marie-Elena’s Fitness Philosophy: “Daily exercise is imperative for your health and wellness. If you do not find the time for daily exercise, you’ll have to find the time for illness” You are in the hands of a trainer and Group Fitness Instructor that is going to help you get the most out of every single session and class and who will give you the accountability and support you need not only in the gym but outside of the sessions and classes as well.
