Diane Bonardi - Group X Director - Cycle & Sculpt & Personal Trainer
Certifications: AFAA, ISSA
Diane is a long-time resident of South Florida. She has been leading group fitness classes in the Jupiter area since 2007. Her classes are high energy, and her enthusiasm is contagious. You will work hard and have fun at the same time. She is also a certified personal trainer and enjoys helping others reach their fitness goals.
Michael Dukes - Group X - Cycle, Personal Trainer, SGT1
Certifications: NASM, MDA Spinning®, GSM
“Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence.”
Michael is a personal chef, fitness enthusiast, music aficionado, professional deejay, sales professional, and certified indoor cycling instructor. Certified through Madd Dogg Athletics, Michael brings over 20 years of music programming experience from the dancefloor into the spin cycle class to elevate your workouts to the next level. He also has over 16 collective years in the fitness industry, and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in corrective exercise and golf fitness.
Fran Indellicati - Personal Trainer & Group X
Certifications: NASM, Silver Sneakers
Fran is certified in wellness & fitness training, group exercise, core & functional fitness, water aerobics, and the Tivity Silver Sneakers program. She also studies the ancient practice of Qigong/Tai-chi and became certified through the Supreme Science Foundation in Orlando, FL in 2012, where she also obtained her certification in food-based healing. After working in the healthcare industry as a medical assistant in orthopedics for several years, she transitioned to the fitness industry back in 2013 because of her strong desire to help individuals at any life stage follow a more wholesome and sustainable lifestyle.
Mike Hanlon - GX Group Cycle / Personal Trainer & SGT

Mike is a certified personal trainer and Group Cycle instructor. He is energetic, loyal, and passionate about helping others through fitness. When it comes to his class, you will be taken through a journey of fun beats, heavy climbs, and quick sprints! Through his motivational coaching, you will want to leave everything you have on the bike! Mike, his wife, and four cats (yes, four!) have made the Jupiter area home recently and they are very excited to make the Loggerhead Fitness community a new addition to their little family!
Nicole Leavell - Group X - Yoga
Certifications: HATHA Yoga
Nicole has been practicing and teaching Yoga since 1973 in New York and Florida. She has been teaching at Loggerhead Fitness since 2005. She is certified through the Yoga Teachers Alliance. When not teaching or practicing yoga, Nicole teaches country line dancing and has been excited to offer her classes at Loggerhead Fitness.
C.J. Eaton - Group X - Cycle, Yoga/Pilates & Pump
Certifications: AFAA
CJ has been an instructor for over 31 years, 20 of them at Loggerhead. She teaches Group Cycle, Cardio Fitness and Yoga classes. She is a registered nurse specializing in women’s and children’s healthcare.
Aylin Ryan - Group X - Zumba/Gold, Body Sculpt, Chair Yoga
Certifications: AFAA Group Fitness, Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning, Silver Sneakers
Aylin has loved to dance since she was a little girl. She studied belly dancing during her college years and later fell in love with Zumba and was inspired to obtain her Zumba, Zumba Toning and Zumba Gold teaching certifications. Aylin’s goal is to create a fun atmosphere where people forget they are working out and look forward to coming back to take their next class.
Christine Lange - Group X - Urban Drums & Body Sculpt
Certifications: NASM, AFAA, SPIN, Strong by Zumba, POUND
Christine Lange is the creator of URBAN DRUMS FITNESS™, a dynamic, rhythm-based drumming workout where her motto is: “We dance with drums here.” She is also the founder of Disco Sculpt, a high-energy dance class that blends 70s and 80s hits with current pop music to sculpt and tone the body.
A nationally ranked Figure and Physique Competitor, Christine is a certified NASM Personal Trainer and an AFAA Group Fitness Instructor. She is known as a “Snowbird Trainer,” working with clients in Florida during the winter and in The Hamptons during the summer along with her husband, Chef Adam, and their 7-year-old pug, Bugsy.
Lori Hackbart - Group X - Step & Body Sculpt

Lori has been leading group fitness for 35 years and loves it! Originally from Boulder, CO, Lori, her husband and two daughters have lived from coast to coast and only recently relocated to Florida. From rollerblading to biking to kayaking Lori loves outdoors activities and enjoys all that Florida has to offer. (Side note: she also considers being at the Disney parks an outdoor sport!)
Jennifer Allen - Group X - Sculpt & Yoga

Jenn has been a personal trainer and fitness instructor since 2004. She has taught locally throughout Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens, specializing in classes, such as sculpt, kickboxing, stability, ball training, functional training, body weight fusion, and yoga stretch. She believes that form and modification is the key to everyone’s success, and she prides herself on attention to detail making classes both fun and safe for all levels.
Donette England - Group X - Sculpt & Cycle

Donette moved to Jupiter from Tennessee in 2016, you will recognize that when you hear her speak. She has been teaching fitness since the late 1990s. She loves hiking and biking and anything outdoors. She has four grown kids that live in TN and Delaware. She joined Loggerhead Fitness in 2023 and his excited to teach here and help you meet your fitness goals.
Dale Matzkow - Group X - Barre Pilates Fusion

Dale is on a mission to deliver Pilates to the world in an approachable, fun filled way. Leveraging her expertise and personal experience of the Authentic Pilates Method, she helps her clients meet their wellness goals with sessions that are tailored specifically for them based on their needs, aspirations, and physical capabilities. Dale’s knowledge and gentle guidance are all it takes to transform this powerful exercise system into an approachable routine that has helped her clients stay strong, flexible and in control of their mind and body throughout all the stages of life.
Ania Drewnowska - Group X - Mat Pilates
Certifications: Mat Pilates, Silver Sneakers
Ania was born and raised in Poland before moving to Richmond, VA in 2004 and then to Jupiter in 2016. She earned a master’s degree in English philology and was an ESL teacher for over 30 years. She has been teaching Pilates since 2007 and also loves skiing, biking, kayaking and tennis, traveling and camping, as well as reading books and studying foreign languages.
Jessica Cummings - Group X - Zumba
Jessica is a fitness dynamo who can turn any workout into a dance party! From leading high-energy Zumba classes to peaceful yoga classes, Jessica’s enthusiasm knows no bounds. But that’s not all; as a former small business owner, fashion stylist extraordinaire, and a livestream sales host, she knows how hard it can be to maintain a healthy lifestyle with a busy schedule and aims to bring at least an hour of joy into her students’ day. Jessica brings flair and fun to everything she does, whether she’s striking a yoga pose or showcasing the latest fashion finds on livestream. Her sources of motivation include her 3 dogs (Luna, Athena, & Pepsi), her love of art and fashion, and her husband!
Rachel “Sam” Erbaugh - Group X - Mat Pilates & Core Stretch

As a National Champion in swimming and rowing, Rachel’s passion for fitness started young and has continued growing for over 25 years. She has trained in many fitness programs such as barre, Pilates, bootcamp, Aquafit, and gathered many strength and toning techniques. She prides herself on making her clients see results, and quickly. Rachel always has a smile on her face while pushing you to your max potential. In her time off, Rachel owns and runs a pet care business. (Her dog, Drake, is her biggest fan.)
Nora Lara - Group X - Zumba
From a Caribbean country, Venezuela, and always involved in the dancing world. Nora became a Zumba instructor because one of her passions is to dance. Nora also teaches group fitness and she is working towards receiving her Silver Sneakers certification. Her classes are always a party. She enjoys teaching while building strong healthy bodies!
Janice Vargas - Group X - Zumba
Certifications: Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Kids & Aqua Zumba
About 10 years ago, Janice walked into her first Zumba class. She hid in the back, hoping the instructor wouldn’t see her. But by the end of the class, she was hooked and took the first opportunity that arose to become a Zumba instructor herself in 2012.
Janice has never forgotten the fun the had in her first Zumba class and strives to recreate that feeling with everyone who takes her class. As Janice says, “The goal is not to get all the steps perfect, it’s two things: sweat and smile!”
Nicoleta Metta - Group X - Yoga
Certifications: ERYT 500
Nicoleta was born in Romania Transylvania and started her yoga journey in her teenage years. She has been teaching Yoga since 2014. Her practice is a combination of Hatha & Vinyasa filled with elements of meditation and breathing techniques. Her goal is to empower people on their personal path helping them embody a healthy and happy lifestyle.
Rita Benza - Group X - Zumba
Certifications: Zumba, AFAA
Rita grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and obtained her Zumba Instructor license in 2011. She is dedicated to continuing her education hours and is well-versed in teaching several forms of fitness, including HIIT, Tabata, bootcamp, cardio sculpt, cardio strength, core strength and tone, as well as circuit training.

Rick Opton - Owner/GM
Rick has lived in Jupiter since 1992. Prior to owning Loggerhead Fitness Rick was a Senior Sales executive working in the technology sector. Rick got his start with health clubs when he sold, installed and trained nearly 200 club owners around the country on ClubRunner software–industry specific software designed just for health clubs.
Natasha Holbert - HR & Bookkeeper
Natasha was born and raised in South Florida. She has been married to Mark for over 10 years and has two children, Shyanne 20 and Preston 10. Tasha enjoys spending time with her family and friends and also enjoys playing softball.
Emmy Jorgensen - Front Desk
Emmy’s passions are paddle boarding, kayaking, bike riding and exercise. After a 28 year career in an office environment, this is a welcome change and is happy to be a part of Loggerhead Fitness.
Jeff Holland - Front Desk
Jeff is a State Investigator for the Department of Business & Professional Regulation. Jeff has been a member and part-time employee of Loggerhead Fitness since 2005. Jeff is our morning opener (5 a.m.) and plays a big role in keeping our facility clean and organized.
Rob Mangiamele - Front Desk
Rob is an enthusiastic person always looking to assist others, especially in the gym. Growing up, he frequently participated in sports and found the competition to be fun and rewarding. Through years in the gym and actively looking for ways to get better, he found it useful to expand his horizons and constantly try new exercises. The gym atmosphere was a great way to meet people, make friends and learn to develop new healthy habits.
Robert Hilliker - Front Desk
Robert came to South Florida by way of Houston in 2021. As a strategic cybersecurity consultant, he spent many long days defending banks and hospitals from malicious cyber-attacks. Now he wants to step out of the fast paced “rat race” and focus on helping others to be their best all-around self. Robert is fluent in Spanish and makes his home in Palm Beach County.

David Wentz - Personal Trainer
Certifications: NASM
Dave offers personal training for individuals who are serious about reaching their fitness goals. Dave will train a wide range of clientele, from beginners to individuals with advanced fitness levels. He specializes in a variety of individually tailored training modalities including: functional training, sports specific training, joint mobility and flexibility training, body sculpting and body building techniques as well as cardio-vascular conditioning and weight loss programs.
Joey Westfall - Personal Trainer
Certifications: ISSA, CPT
Joey is a former paratrooper in the US Army who has a passion for fitness and has a competitive bodybuilder in the men’s physique category. His goal is to positively change the lives of his clients through fitness and nutrition, improving their confidence and overall quality of life.
Glen Smith - Personal Trainer
Certifications: IFA
Born and raised here in Jupiter, Glen started competing in athletics at the age of 6. He started working out when he was a freshman in high school so he could get bigger, faster and stronger, which led to him being one of the top football players in Palm Beach County his senior year and then on to play at Livingston University in Alabama. He loves to work out and stay fit and enjoys teaching others what he has learned throughout his life.
Austin Pryel - Personal Trainer

Austin is an IHP Performance Coach under the tutelage of JC Santana. Austin completed 360 hours of very exhaustive training thereby leading to the certificate as a Certified Personal Training Specialist (CPTS), a registered mark. He’s a proud member of the National Strength & Conditioning Association and a 200HR RYT with Yoga Alliance. He specializes in functional and sports- specific training. He enjoys fishing, surfing and doing martial arts in his free time.

Ashley Wittgren - Personal Trainer

Ashley is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with a master’s degree from Bridgewater State from her home state of Massachusetts. She firmly believes that we all have the ability to feel athletic no matter our age or level of involvement in sports. She’s worked with all levels of athletes, from the weekend golfer looking to add a few yards to their drive and keep their backs feeling well, to professional athletes looking to “bulletproof” their bodies for a long season and gain a competitive advantage. Her true passion lies in helping people realize how capable they are, whether they are coming off an injury, just want to keep up with grandkids, or want to reach new goals. She and her husband Nick settled in Jupiter ten years ago, though they spent most of them traveling the country with their two young boys while he played Major League Baseball.
Tom Fallone - Personal Trainer

Tom has a BBA in marketing, advertising and management. In 2004, he attended NPTI, a 500 hour program that focuses on nutrition, physiology and anatomy. He is responsible for helping countless clients achieve their goals. He has been a teaching boot camp since 2008. Tom’s passion is helping the visually impaired improve their health through a personalized fitness program he designed and implemented.

Bob is a post-rehab conditioning specialist. He has over 35 years experience in the health & fitness industry. He and his wife Nancy are owners of Priority Fitness and Rehab.
Nance Gentile - Personal Trainer

Nancy, or “Nance,” began her fitness career 25 years ago in cardiac rehab and continued into prevention and wellness. She is a post rehabilitation conditioning specialist certified with the American Academy of Health and Fitness Professionals.
Nasser Musallet - Personal Trainer
Certifications: ACSM, IFSI
Nasser is certified with over 30 years of experience specializing in personal training, strength conditioning and nutrition. While in college, he majored in pre-med. Prior to Loggerhead Fitness, Nasser was the Head of Personal Training at Admirals Cove and part of the alumni from Waterfront Fitness.
Kelly Rabbitt - Personal Trainer
Certifications: FiTOUR
Graduating top of her class in 2012 with The World Fitness Association and FiTour certifications in personal training, nutrition, and water fitness, Kelly specializes in clients 40+. A former athlete and 13-time blue ribbon figure competitor, she brings deep knowledge of body mechanics. With experience in HIIT, stretching, balance, and strength training, Kelly helps clients reach their wellness goals through clear guidance, patience, and a supportive, encouraging approach focused on long-term quality of life.
