Michael is a personal chef, fitness enthusiast, music aficionado, professional deejay, sales professional, and certified indoor cycling instructor. Certified thru Madd Dogg Athletics, Michael brings over 20 years of music programming experience from the dancefloor into the spin cycle class to elevate your workouts to the next level. He also has over 16 collective years in the fitness industry, and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in Corrective Exercise and Golf Fitness training.
C.J. Eaton - Group X - Cycle, Yoga/Pilates & Pump
CJ has been an instructor for over 31 years, 20 of them at Loggerhead. She teaches Group Cycle, Cardio Fitness and Yoga classes. She is a registered nurse specializing in women’s and children’s healthcare.
Shaun Hammons - Group X - Body Sculpt, Barre, Cycle
A fitness enthusiast since her mid-teens, Shaun attended the University of Florida earning degrees in marketing and economics. While staying home with her young, she developed a passion for helping others on their fitness journey. Over 16 years ago, she began teaching group fitness as a certified Mad Dogg Spinning® instructor. Soon after, she was teaching other modalities, preferring to focus on functional training, including recovery. In addition to cardio sculpting classes, she teaches Spin, Barre, HIIT and foam rolling. She believes in utilizing a comprehensive approach to fitness in order to attain more effective results and longevity.
