Have you had a chance to check out our new schedule for September? We are excited to have added a Barre class to our Group X schedule, called Barre Blast. What exactly is Barre Blast? Barre Blast incorporates elements of Pilates, functional training, strength training, and yoga. In each energizing workout you will use the Barre along with mini balls and hand weights to sculpt and stretch your entire body. You’ll be amazed at how fast the time goes! The wide variety of exercises is paired with upbeat music and inspiring instructors…and you’ll never get the same class twice.
Loggerhead Fitness is proud to offer not one, but TWO Barre certified instructors: Lisa Hyman and Helene Schafer. If you are ready to be worked, strengthened and invigorated, then you don’t want to miss out on these classes! Barre Blast is offered on Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm and Thursday mornings at 9am.
We are working hard to keep our Group X classes new and current. Offering over 40 classes a week, there is sure to be one that fits you. It has been said, ‘The only bad workout is the one that didn’t happen.’ Make it happen today!
