Job Title: Client Success Manager (CSM)
The Client Success Manager (CSM) wears many hats, making every day at the club dynamic and exciting. The CSM should be confident, caring, and a great listener. Proficiency with technology—computers, mobile devices, and business software—is essential. This role blends sales, client support, and community building—all with the goal of helping our members feel at home while growing our club’s revenue. The CSM takes the initiative to enhance the member experience, pays attention to detail, and thrives as a creative problem solver. Above all, they bring passion and enthusiasm for the health and fitness industry. This is a full-time position with benefits.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience working in fitness industry
- Tech Savvy
- Sales & Marketing background.
- Management experience leading small teams

Job Title: Front Desk Associate
- Part-time position – 10 to 20 hours per week.
- Greet members when they enter the gym & maker sure they check-in properly.
- Answer phones.
- Help with sales (walk-ins).
- Help with cleaning and organizing the gym.
- Help with our outreach and partnership program.
- Help set up and stream our digital online classes.
- Help organize and maintain our Group X classes in studio and online.
- Help administer our member referral program.
- Work hand in hand with our sales department.
- Assist in onsite marketing activities.
- Balance the drawer and ring up items correctly in our POS system.

Job Title: Personal Trainer

- Coordinate and cultivate partnerships with other local businesses & Non-Profits.

- Oversee all activities relating to exposure of our partners to our membership base, both at the club and online.
- Stay in touch with partners and keep their content fresh and updated on our digital signage playlist.
- Manage the deliverables and gift certificates that we receive from our partners in return for giving them exposure.

- Help new members set up their complimentary orientation with a personal trainer.

- Introduce MYZONE heart rate monitor program to new members and set up a demo for them to try it out.
- Introduce Group X classes to new members and help them book a trial class.
- Train new members on how to navigate and find important information on our website.
- Train new members on how to use our class booking platform.
- Ask for referrals from new members.
