Loggerhead Fitness seeks a few talented people to join our front desk staff to help us with the following business operations:

Job Title:  Front Desk Associate 

  • Part-time position – 10 to 15 hours per week.
  • Greet members when they enter the gym.
  • Answer phones.
  • Help with sales (walk-ins).
  • Help with cleaning and organizing the gym.
  • Help with our outreach and partnership program.
  • Help set up and stream our digital online classes.
  • Help organize and maintain our Group X classes in studio and online.
  • Help administer our member referral program.
  • Work hand in hand with our sales department.
  • Assist in onsite marketing activities.
  • Balance the drawer and ring up items correctly in our POS system.

Job Title:  CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER

  • Full-time sales position – 40 hours per week with benefits.
  • Insides sales : Follow up on all leads.
  • Outsides sales : Community outreach and partnerships.
  • Follow up with all online leads.
  • Match members with trainers for orientations.
  • Member referrals and retention follow up.
  • 70% of the work is sales & marketing,
  • 30% is operations/data entry/Admin and some facility up keep.

  • Interpersonal & customer service skills.
  • Communicating effectively, listening.
  • Three or more years working in cusomer services, retail preferred.
  • Experience in sales.
  • Computer & Technology.
    • MUST be proficient PC user.
    • MUST be proficient MS OFFICE user.
    • MUST be regular user of Texting & Email.
    • MUST be adept at using software (cloud/browser based).
    • MUST be able to type 40 words or faster per minute.
  • Big plus if experienced with GOOGLE DOCS.
  • Social Media Savvy – Face Book & Instagram.
  • Local knowledge of our community and the Palm Beach North geography.
