Small Group Training LEVEL 1

Target Areas: Core and Stability Muscles

Lower intensity training is designed for novice individuals to help preserve the body by strengthening all muscle groups through functional training, balance, engaging stability muscles, and all-over fitness.  Training will help prevent injury and assist in performing daily tasks.

ABOUT THE CLASS

Preserve your body and improve strength and balance through functional training.  This class will consist of low-intensity circuit training in which each exercise is performed for 30 seconds.  Circuits include 3-6 exercises and rest breaks are taken after each circuit.  Modifications are always available to fit each individual’s fitness level.  Safety is of primary concern, and participants will never be asked to continue an exercise if the form breaks down or the exercise becomes painful.  Get fit for life with SGT Level 1.

Through his motivational coaching, you will want to leave everything you have on the bike! Mike, his wife, and four cats (yes, four!) have made the Jupiter area home recently and they are very excited to make the Loggerhead Fitness community a new addition to their little family!

SGT has three levels to choose from

LEVEL 1

Caloric Burn – 200 to 400 calories

Lower intensity training designed for novice individuals to help preserve the body by strengthening all muscle groups through functional training, balance, engaging stabilizing muscles and all over fitness. Training will help to prevent injury and allow you to perform daily tasks.

LEVEL 2

Caloric Burn – 300 to 500 calories

Medium intensity training designed for intermediate athletes. Training on this level will help prepare you for low impact sports by strengthening muscles through core, balance and strength training.

LEVEL 3

Caloric Burn -300 to 600 Calories

High intensity functional fitness workouts designed for advanced athletes and fitness enthusiasts. These workouts are designed to make you fitter, faster and stronger through full-body strength training.
