OUR PERSONAL TRAINERS ARE PASSIONATE & EXPERIENCED
All of our personal trainers are nationally certified and must complete the necessary continuing education hours to stay on top of the latest trends and to meet your needs. They are required to be AED and CPR certified, but above all, they are experienced and passionate about the work they do.

David Wentz - Personal Trainer
Certifications: NASM
Dave offers personal training for individuals who are serious about reaching their fitness goals. Dave will train a wide range of clientele, from beginners to individuals with advanced fitness levels. He specializes in a variety of individually tailored training modalities including: functional training, sports specific training, joint mobility and flexibility training, body sculpting and body building techniques as well as cardio-vascular conditioning and weight loss programs.

Joey Westfall - Personal Trainer
Certifications: ISSA, CPT
Joey is a former paratrooper in the US Army who has a passion for fitness and has a competitive bodybuilder in the men’s physique category. His goal is to positively change the lives of his clients through fitness and nutrition, improving their confidence and overall quality of life.

Glen Smith - Personal Trainer
Certifications: IFA
Born and raised here in Jupiter, Glen started competing in athletics at the age of 6. He started working out when he was a freshman in high school so he could get bigger, faster and stronger, which led to him being one of the top football players in Palm Beach County his senior year and then on to play at Livingston University in Alabama. He loves to work out and stay fit and enjoys teaching others what he has learned throughout his life.

Austin Pryel - Personal Trainer
Certifications: NSCA-CPT, CPTS, RYT
Austin is an IHP Performance Coach under the tutelage of JC Santana. Austin completed 360 hours of very exhaustive training thereby leading to the certificate as a Certified Personal Training Specialist (CPTS), a registered mark. He’s a proud member of the National Strength & Conditioning Association and a 200HR RYT with Yoga Alliance. He specializes in functional and sports- specific training. He enjoys fishing, surfing and doing martial arts in his free time.

Fran Indellicati - Personal Trainer & Group X
Certifications: NASM, Silver Sneakers
Fran is certified in wellness & fitness training, group exercise, core & functional fitness, water aerobics, and the Tivity Silver Sneakers program. She also studies the ancient practice of Qigong/Tai-chi and became certified through the Supreme Science Foundation in Orlando, FL in 2012, where she also obtained her certification in food-based healing. After working in the healthcare industry as a medical assistant in orthopedics for several years, she transitioned to the fitness industry back in 2013 because of her strong desire to help individuals at any life stage follow a more wholesome and sustainable lifestyle.

Steven Balsamo - Personal Trainer
Certifications: NASM, TRX
Steven’s active lifestyle embodies his dedication to fitness and well-being. Growing up in France, he competed in martial arts and rugby before transitioning to cycling and running. Overcoming injuries fueled his interest in resistance training to improve body composition and biomechanics. Steven’s expertise in personal training, with a focus on functional training, flexibility, and muscle building, equips him to help others achieve their fitness goals while enhancing their quality of life.

Mike Hanlon - GX Group Cycle / Personal Trainer & SGT
Certifications: NCSF, CPT
Mike is a certified personal trainer and Group Cycle instructor. He is energetic, loyal, and passionate about helping others through fitness. When it comes to his class, you will be taken through a journey of fun beats, heavy climbs, and quick sprints! Through his motivational coaching, you will want to leave everything you have on the bike! Mike, his wife, and four cats (yes, four!) have made the Jupiter area home recently and they are very excited to make the Loggerhead Fitness community a new addition to their little family!

Jill Dearmin - Personal Trainer
Certifications: IFA
Jill has been a dedicated personal trainer since 1996 and proudly holds a professional IFBB Body Building status. She is also a registered nurse and has extensive knowledge across all realms of health, nutrition, and fitness. Jill’s passion and experience make her a trusted guide for clients striving for peak performance.

John Estime - Personal Trainer & SGT
Certifications: IFA, CPR/AED, Stretch Practitioner
John Estime is a certified Personal Trainer (IFA) and Licensed Stretch Therapist with a deep passion for health and wellness. With years of experience and a wealth of knowledge, John understands the importance of living a healthy lifestyle through his own fitness journey. He takes pride in educating others about the essentials of health and fitness. By crafting tailored workout routines and incorporating stretching, John aims to enhance your understanding of fitness benefits while ensuring you feel great throughout the process.

Mariana Conocchioli - Personal Trainer
Certifications: CPT, CES
Mariana Conocchioli, a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist with a lifetime of passion for fitness. Her journey began with a 20-year exploration of various fitness modalities, including CrossFit, functional training and rock climbing, which has shaped her holistic approach to training. She specializes in helping clients improve mobility, strength, and confidence in their daily lives. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, building functional strength, or pursuing a specific fitness goal, she will design personalized programs tailored to your unique needs. She has experience working with clients of all ages, from teens enhancing their sports performance to seniors regaining independence through improved movement and balance. She is passionate about empowering people to move better and feel stronger every day.

Ashley Wittgren - Personal Trainer
Certifications: MS, NSCA CSCS, PN1, TPI 2 (Power and Fitness)
Ashley is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with a master’s degree from Bridgewater State from her home state of Massachusetts. She firmly believes that we all have the ability to feel athletic no matter our age or level of involvement in sports. She’s worked with all levels of athletes, from the weekend golfer looking to add a few yards to their drive and keep their backs feeling well, to professional athletes looking to “bulletproof” their bodies for a long season and gain a competitive advantage. Her true passion lies in helping people realize how capable they are, whether they are coming off an injury, just want to keep up with grandkids, or want to reach new goals. She and her husband Nick settled in Jupiter ten years ago, though they spent most of them traveling the country with their two young boys while he played Major League Baseball.

Tom Fallone - Personal Trainer
Certifications: NPTI
Tom has a BBA in marketing, advertising and management. In 2004, he attended NPTI, a 500 hour program that focuses on nutrition, physiology and anatomy. He is responsible for helping countless clients achieve their goals. He has been a teaching boot camp since 2008. Tom’s passion is helping the visually impaired improve their health through a personalized fitness program he designed and implemented.

Bob Gentile - Personal Trainer
Certifications: ASCM, NASM
Bob is a post-rehab conditioning specialist. He has over 35 years experience in the health & fitness industry. He and his wife Nancy are owners of Priority Fitness and Rehab.

Nance Gentile - Personal Trainer
Certifications: ACSM, NASM
Nancy, or “Nance,” began her fitness career 25 years ago in cardiac rehab and continued into prevention and wellness. She is a post rehabilitation conditioning specialist certified with the American Academy of Health and Fitness Professionals.

Nasser Musallet - Personal Trainer
Certifications: ACSM, IFSI
Nasser is certified with over 30 years of experience specializing in personal training, strength conditioning and nutrition. While in college, he majored in pre-med. Prior to Loggerhead Fitness, Nasser was the Head of Personal Training at Admirals Cove and part of the alumni from Waterfront Fitness.

Kelly Rabbitt - Personal Trainer
Certifications: FiTOUR
Graduating top of her class in 2012 with The World Fitness Association and FiTour certifications in personal training, nutrition, and water fitness, Kelly specializes in clients 40+. A former athlete and 13-time blue ribbon figure competitor, she brings deep knowledge of body mechanics. With experience in HIIT, stretching, balance, and strength training, Kelly helps clients reach their wellness goals through clear guidance, patience, and a supportive, encouraging approach focused on long-term quality of life.
