Small Group Training at Loggerhead Fitness

Our Juno Beach gym believes in the power of community and camaraderie to make fitness more enjoyable and effective. That’s why we offer small group training –- a dynamic, fun, and results-driven approach to achieving fitness goals.

Small group training is a form of exercise where class size is limited, usually to 6-10 members, who work out together under the guidance of a trainer. This format combines the personalized attention of one-on-one training with the energy and motivation of a group setting.

What makes small group training special? You get the best of both worlds -– the individualized attention from a trainer who knows your strengths, weaknesses, and goals, coupled with the support of a team that shares your journey.
