Each class is limited to eight participants, providing a personalized experience while maintaining the social benefits of group workouts. Classes are 50 minutes long, with multiple options to fit your schedule.

To participate in SGT, booking a reservation is required, and a minimum of three participants is needed to conduct a class. For the best value, consider purchasing a ten-pack of classes or signing up for a monthly plan, which can save you even more. Pricing ranges from $12 to $25 per class, depending on membership status and the number of classes purchased. Plus, your first class is always free, so you can try it out with no commitment!
