Have you ever considered hiring a personal trainer only to find that the cost is more than you can afford? Or consider this, you and a group of friends decide to start a work out regimen. You get gym memberships, schedule your meeting time and spend time online trying to plan your routine, but that first morning in the gym, you realize that you could use some help. You’re not sure if you’re performing the exercises correctly or if the exercises you’re doing are even going to give you the results that you desire.
At a fraction of the cost of one-on-one personal training, Small Group Training (SGT) is affordable and offers you the opportunity to work with a personal trainer while also working out with friends. With SGT, you have a trainer to plan your routine and make sure you’re getting the most out of your workout, and you have the benefit of a little friendly competition to help you stay motivated!
Loggerhead Fitness is pleased to announce that we will be offering SGT just in time for all of your New Years resolutions. Starting the week of January 12th, Loggerhead Fitness will begin offering SGT for groups of four. Each class will run 2 times per week for 6 weeks. You sign up for a 6-week course and are locked in for the duration so you’ll have your friends and your trainer contacting you on a regular basis to make sure you’ll be attending. Talk about extra motivation!
General Pricing for 6 weeks of SGT, 2 times per week, 1 hour sessions, 4 people per class will run as low as $30 per person per class.
